We are very excited to announce a brand new Performing Arts Scholarship criteria. Please see the document below for more information.

To apply for a place on the Performing Arts Scholarship you must complete the Shirley High School Performing Arts Scholarship Application Form along with the Croydon Application Form (CAF) - available in September 2024.

Performing Arts Scholarship application process will open July 2024.

The Performing Arts Scholarship Application Form must be submitted by Monday 7 October 2024.

Workshops will be held on Saturday 12 October 2024.  Information will be sent after the closing date Monday 7 October 2024.


Unsuccessful applicants will be offered a formal right of appeal

Arrangement for Appeals:

Parents have the right to appeal to an Independent Appeal Panel if they are dissatisfied with a decision made by the Admission Authority. Appeals are conducted in accordance with the Code of Practice on School Admission Appeals published by the Department for Education. The determination of the appeal panel is binding on all parties. Shirley High School will provide guidance for parents about how the appeals process works. The contact for the appeal panel is the Admissions Department at the school. Appeals must be lodged with the Admissions Department at the school by the date specified on the Appeal Form.
